  3. Vauxhall combo 1.3 cdti. Every so often the engine misses, loses power, won't accelerate. If I dip the clutch and rev it, it doesn't rev past 2000rpm. I pull over, switch it off, restart and we're away. Had new turbo, egr and diesel pump. No smoke or fuel smell. Thoughts?

  21. Hi everyone, I'm in the process of doing maintenance on the astra. I am going to do a coolant flush and refresh, and also sort out the egr system. Does the coolant work with the egr, as I've noticed that the heater pipes are connected to the pipework from egr. And would having a clogged coolant system cause the egr to misbehave? Thanks in advance Andy

  24. It has happened again, once more on entering a roundabout. It would not restart in either Park and Neutral. So what happened last time must have been coincidental. I left it for 15 minutes and tried again. It started and ran normally for the rest of the journey.
  25. The cable appears to be on back order with Vauxhall at the moment. Does anyone know of an alternative ?
