You can get aftermarket sounds deadening but ensure it is fireproof and not capable of sagging onto the engine. Wind deflectors are the best way forward and will definitely improve the wind noise1 point

Hi, I have a small number of Vauxhall Carlton spares from a 1989 model. Clutch cable, rear disc pads and oil filter (suits various models). They are all brand new, unused and in original packaging.
