  1. I'm a bit puzzled on how the AC compressor on my 2010 insignia works. I was under the impression that when the AC is off, the clutch in the middle of the compressor is free to rotate. And when AC is on, clutch engages and rotates with pulley. My compressor isn't engaging/ disengaging when i toggle my AC switch. I assumed that if AC pressure is low, compressor would not engage at all. However it does look like the clutch is always engaged. My initial thought was that the clutch has seize to the pulley, so i got under and tried to persuade some movement, with no joy. Am I monging it? I have it in for a AC recharge Saturday, but I'd rather reschedule if i need to change my compressor clutch. Compressor part number P13232307 TIA
  2. Negative on the potentiometer. Back to square one.
  3. Thanks John, I had seen something mentioned about the throttle position, but brushed it off as I assumed if that was the issue, it would have the same symptoms at every position. However, I think I'll delve deeper into it and see what I can see. Hope I come back with some good news.
  4. Hi everyone, this has been driving me up the wall. Symptoms - Pulsing during acceleration, usually around 2k rpm. As far as i can tell my fuel consumption hasn't changed. NO faults codes at all. No other issues during driving. Doesn't stutter or anything like that Fixes I've tried - Changed fuel filter. cleaned EGR. Added diesel clean at almost every refuel. Air filter fine. Boost pipe fine (changed it a years or so ago and took it off again to check) Any guidance would be very much appreciated. I am at a total loss.
