  4. check for water ingress on the ABS module the expansion tank is above it sometimes leaks onto the module disconnect plug clean connector as the wires to power steering also go to ABS
  5. apprently through the radio system seen a similar post relating to having OEM ICE to get the noise through software in Body Control Module

  8. Engine coolant temp sure it is located somewhere else on engine
  9. depends on engine Vauxhall recommends that drivers have their cambelt or timing belt replaced every 40,000 to 60,000 miles.
  10. looking for some myself have you checked it is glow plugs and not controller what codes you getting
  11. you need to get fault codes read to determine the fault unfortunately
  12. opcom seems to work ok if you can sort the software out and run on a laptop for basic code reading on apps look for torque light and EOBD factfile if you just want codes
  13. assume you have old pump keep hold of it you can get that reconditioned some places on web will have to get one myself to see why they fail

  17. you need to get codes post up codes you are getting could be sensor problem you usually get two codes that can tie down fault

  20. have you checked diesel leak off pipes connected correctly
  21. worth checking diesel pump are you sure no airlock in fuel system take off the filler cap make sure no sign of vac lock hissing when removing after that with all diesels it is down to pipes as no fault codes could be blocked filter or bad diesel
  22. suggest distilled water you are using the red no sensor on the tank on meriva B
  23. someone not changed it to kms only idea as 50 miles is about 80 KMS you can get the odo to display in kms it is setting in the handbook. also on perth journey 2000 miles is 3200kms
