Hi Everyone, Just after some advice on my Insignia Grand Sport 1.6 Diesel, I keep getting the Engine code P0401 EGR Flow Insufficient - I do a lot of motorway miles and tried everything from driving in high revs to spraying egr cleaner as advised by the tin. If I clear the code it won't come back on for a while and then it will. Only thing I haven't tried is removing the EGR Valve and pipes giving it a good scrub, would this work or am I wasting my time and its goosed, needing replacing. Thanks in advance for advice.

Hi all Looking for some advice and information, what are some quick cheep tuning for a zafira a sri with a 1995cc 16v DTI Y20DTH engine? I just want a bit more throttle response a little less turbo lag and any overall power I can get without breaking the bank.
