Sheelaghm Posted March 6, 2018 Posted March 6, 2018 Just bought a Vaux-com but can't install on windows 10 and the CD that came with it isn't much help. Have got as far as plugging in the interface and then I'm stuck. Have clicked on Op com user under device manager (as instructed) and asked to update device but just keeps saying 'windows couldn't find driver on your device'. Anyone out there with any step by step guidance please? Thanks Sheelagh Quote
Vauxhall Owners Club Posted March 7, 2018 Posted March 7, 2018 Hi Sheelagh I would think it may be best to contact the equipment supplier to ask them the way forward....sounds like its looking in the wrong place (device settings?) Let us know how you get on with it...be nice to see a screenshot when you get it up and running. Cheers, Trevor Quote
Dave M Posted August 14, 2020 Posted August 14, 2020 If its the cheap op com from China you will need to run it on an windows xp machine even though they will tell you it would run on windows 10. If windows 10 is all you have try to run the disk in compatibility mode birng it back to xp and even try windows 7 mode. Quote
