Modifying the 20se 8v 2 litre engine

I’m looking to perform a engine conversion and this one is the choice. The 20se. I’m looking to get around 140bhp out of it. What do I need?

I don't think you'll get too much increase on the 2.0 litre as it was quite a lazy engine and not a high revving lump.

I would look at exhaust intake and ignition to try to improve engine response
