Non starter 1993 2.0 auto estate

Hi, no power to the fuel pump, would change the fuel pump relay but not sure where it is? It's not under the bonnet on the right at the back, pic attached.  Anyone know where it be be located?

from memory the fuel pump is actuated by the system relay which I think is the one in the photo.

it needs a crankshaft signal which if not present (e.g. crank sensor faulty) then it won't run the system relay
