I had a new tyre put on and they have de threaded the nut and I think they have done the same to the part we’re the nut screws into to hold the wheel on can this be repaired or do I have to replace the hole thing

You should be able to purchase a wheel stud and new nut

The stud will beat out of the back of the hub flange and then just feed the new stud in and tighten down to the correct torque
