Suspension upgrades

Hi, would any have any info on how to upgrade the suspension on the omega I.e betters parts more suitable to the cars weight an stuff?

Here's a link to springs for Omega's and would say that a new set all round will bring the car back to somewhere near where it should be (ride height, comfort, etc)
