My driver's side headlight stopped working a few days ago. I've taken the bulb out and tried it on the passenger side and it works. My mechanic tested the unit and said the power appears to be going to the head light. So I presume it can't be the ballast?

The headlight has condensation in it so obviously the seal's gone on it.

I'm flabbergasted by the price of a new Xenon headlight (£1,100 I was quoted). Can't seem to find a second hand one anywhere local at the moment.

Any ideas on what I can try would be greatly appreciated. Also, is it possible just to get some halogen headlight units and swap them?
