Car with spanner light only when cold

Hi all, I have a Meriva B 2013 1.7 cdti. It has a car with spanner light on from cold start. Stop and restart when warm it goes out. No codes on pedal test and no reduced performance. I'm thinking maybe glow plugs...

It is maybe related to the glow plug circuit to show it is working and then goes out once warm.
If the light stays on then it signifies an error code has been flagged

Jonah.68 did you get this sorted I have the same problem, have puts new glow plugs in but no change the spanner light still comes on and stays on until a restart after a few minutes running
