2013 Bluetooth not working

My 63 plate 1.4 tourer won’t connect to my phone. The phone setting is not visible in the configuration menu 

The steering wheel has an option to answer calls but when pressed it just muted the radio 

Does anyone know how to activate the Bluetooth so it shows in the configuration menu  

Any help would be appreciated
