Meriva alloy wheels

I have Mariva A 2006/1.4 twinport with 5 stud 15 inch wheels ,can I fit 16 inch alloys from Mariva B with 205 55 16 inch alloys.

I would try a 'dry run' if you can access some new wheels and tyres by fitting them front and rear on one side to see if they catch anything and also turn lock-to-lock without fouling the arches or liners.
