Hi there I have a Bedford rascal 1991 J reg which I’d love to do up and drive however insurance is a whopping 3.5k for a year any chance anyone knows any ways of making it cheaper? Or good sites/ companies for insuring? If I can’t find any cheaper insurmace I’ll be thinking of selling once done up also so let me know if any interest cheers

Hi Lincoln, have you tried Tesco vehicle insurance? 

My father was quoted £800 for his car, so I shopped around for him and Tesco dropped it to £320. 

Might be worth going on-line and getting a quote, if you haven't already.
