1995cc 16v DTI Y20DTH quick tuning

Hi all

Looking for some advice and information, what are some quick cheep tuning for a zafira a sri with a 1995cc 16v DTI Y20DTH engine? I just want a bit more throttle response a little less turbo lag and any overall power I can get without breaking the bank.
