Dash & steering wheel lights staying on

Hi hope someone can help the lights on my dash & steering wheel stay on when I turn my car off at night. I turn the radio off before I turn the car off but they still stay on for about 30 minutes

That does seem like a long time to stay on.
Do the sidelights stay on also ?
