Insignia cd600 cd

Hi got 2013 insignia with the cd 600 nav unit and it keeps getting CDs stuck in is there anything to do to stop this , also if I get another cd unit does it have to be coded thanks

The new unit would more than likely need coding but if you plug in like-for-like and its just the CD storage/driver unit then it may work
