Dab radio & satnav

Hi new on here is there anybody fitted an after market dab radio/satnav struggling to find any that fit can anybody help ?

Looking to do the same, but wondering whether the CD-400 can be upgraded to a unit which incorporates reversing camera too. Ebay is advertising some which are supposed to fit - Android 12 units but the mechanical fit looks poor. I've got a low mileage 2014 meriva in good interior condition so don't want to make it look like a bodged uograde...
