Agila front seat swap

Will the later model Agila front seats bolt straight into my Agila A?  Like most, they are coming apart at the seams.

Don't know much about Agilas, but is the seat the half leather option where the leather splits and comes apart ?

If so the are a couple of places in the Luton area that can replace the leather section, which should be cheaper than replacement seats.
