The rear door wont open

The rear drivers side door on my car won’t open from inside or outside. The electric window won’t open either which leads me to think it’s something electrical. I’ve checked the fuse under the bonnet and that’s ok. Has anyone got any ideas. Thanks in advance

Hi there, is there any trapped or broken wires in the loom going into the door, and is it just the one door giving you problems.
