Power cutting insignia diesel

Hello,

I have an issue with my insignia, when at a steady speed into acceleration my car keeps cutting the power then a few seconds later the power comes back i have changed the fuel filter and air filter seamed to sort the problem but it keeps coming back, i have bought some redex cleaner hoping that may help has anyone had this issue and is there any advice please.
