Peter. C Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I have a VAUXHALL ASTRA 2023 petrol, manual Model. I have had this car about 9 months now. And it's been recalled due to a electrical fault, regarding the battery (keeps draining the battery flat), its possible vauxhall cannot fix this, so in that case, I will be asking for a new car,( like for like) iam not prepared to pay for this transaction. How do I stand on this . Quote
Vauxhall Owners Club Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I believe you should have a cooling off period (in the case of buying a lemon) and if Vauxhall can't fix it due to lack of parts, etc then I believe you could get a refund or another car Quote
