Reverse light staying on

Hi all 

When I unlock my zafira b my drivers reverse light comes on even when driving and because of that my reg bulbs stopped working 

 

Passenger reverse light has no problem stays off and comes on when reversing 

 

Any ideas??

also have this issue on 2014 zafira, fortunately no light bulbs went out yet, and I thought it was from the factory this way, guess not..
