Exiled Royal Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Hi. I've just got a Crossland Ultimate (24 plate) and am wanting to connect the Navi to use Android Auto. My phone has Android Auto on it, and I've connected the phone to the car via Bluetooth (no problem). However, when I connect the phone to the car's USB (which I have to do to use Android Auto), although the phone receives power, the Android Auto setup doesn't kick in. I'm simply left at a screen which says to connect the USB cable. Has anybody else had this issue, and if so, have you been able to sort it out? Thanks for looking. Quote
John McMahon Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Yes, I have had that issue. It's the USB cable that's the issue. It needs to be high speed, comparable to the original charge cable. Quote
Exiled Royal Posted March 31 Author Posted March 31 Thanks John. I've just sorted the cable out and it's all good now. Quote
reddyredmond72 Posted August 9 Posted August 9 I've tried several cables since the connection suddenly dropped 3 days ago and nothing works, could the actual socket be damaged and how would I access it to check/change it? 2019 model. TIA Ian Red Quote
