2017 Viva heater blower, only has cold air

I have a 2017 Viva petrol, super little car, but the air blower is now only pushing out cold air. This  isnt a major problem in the warmer weather, but a tad cold in the winter. A mechanic said it was a flap, but cant find one anywhere. Any ideas

It could be a faulty flap but also air in the heater matrix that would need bleeding out

Thank you, there is a piece missing which we assume is the flap but cant find a parts number for it anywhere

Vauxhall parts dealer should be able to print out an exploded diagram of the heater control parts
