Vibration between 60 and 70 mph

Recently my car wouldn't start and this code came up p0402: excessive air flow egr. Seems to have sorted itself out but now I have noticed significant vibration between  60 and 70 mph. I have changed front wheels, immediately suspecting tyres, wheelbearings, bushes, control arm all seem fine but can't identify cause of vibration could it be anything to do with egr or maf?
