astra h Heater blower and Radiator fan not working...?

Hi all

I've recently noticed that my heater fan has stopped working on all numbers and my radiators cooling fan isn't working either.

The heater blower randomly stopped the other day after I lost coolant from a spilt pipe. I've replaced the pipe but it still won't work. I replaced the heater fan and resistor last year aswell. In addition my radiator coolant fan doesn't work either now. I let the vehicle get up to temperature and still nothing. Any ideas ?

I dont know it's related but I think my air-conditioning pump has had it aswell..
