Vectra c z18xer P0597-61

Hello my friend

I have a 57 reg vectra c gasoline z18xer and i  have this problem whith my thermostat  P0597-61 Coolant Thermostat Valve Stuck.

I change 3 thermostat and body of thermostat and still same problem. 

At 95° the fan should open but i dont reach this themperature  because the coolant is geting out is overheating and blow it outside.

On the body of thermostat is a sensor if i take the plug fan is running.

Down on radiator is another sensor if i take the plug i found a error open circuit.

I use opcom and think diag .

I dont no what to do next.

Can you help me ???
