Reset Factory Settings - Insignia sport tourer nav (160)

Hi. I bought my insignia just a week ago and not sure what I am really doing. I have pressed to restore factory settings on my display (again - do not know why) and lost a most of my features. If anyone please know how to put them back, or I just need to go to the nearest vauxhall garage. Thanks
